    I have a vessel I recently purchased which had factory 12V 8 measure wires and plug up front. My question for you is, i do want to manage a Minn Kota Powerdrive V2 70 LB 24V engine, but need to revise everything to 24. I’m sure ideas on how to cable electric batteries in parallel and collection, but must know what I should change. By wiring right up in show to 24V, is two wire adequate towards connect? Does a 24V trolling motor have actually 4 cable? I’ve had 12V engines previously, but never ever any 24V configurations. Anybody who can point me personally during the proper path, I would personally significantly relish it.

    The 70 pound 24V draws a max of 42 amps, and so I considered the 8 measure wires will be sufficient. Any easy to follow website links is appreciated.     As previously mentioned, 24v will draw considerably amps than 12v. So if the wiring is adequate for 12v, it would be sufficient for the 24v.
